In bringing about a new line in packing, our engineer first draws up a custom packing-solution. This is submitted to you for approval. We make the tools that we will use for production. When your tool is ready we make test examples of the new blister and send them to you. When you have approved those tes examples the line is prepared and production can commence; if you do not approve the test blisters we start all over again.
In addition to making the packing, we also make packing equipment to load and seal the packing with product. In this way you can be assured that the packing equipment is made to fit our product and our production will run smoothly.
